I’m a little late, I’m sure you want to know if I completed my task? Almost! On day 4 I started 3 different earrings and hated them all. But not only that stopped day 4 earring from being made. I got side tracked with new ideas and I had to try them out of course.
But I got back into my grove on day 5 and finished the rest of the days with no problems.

I decided to go bigger with this pair of “Diamond Weaved Earrings”. I really thought they would turn out larger. Maybe I’ll make another large pair. But first I have two ideas to get out first. This pair of earrings will be up tonight.
This challenge has really inspired me creatively and also to sit down, keep still, and bead!

As I mentioned yesterday I’m starting a challenge for myself to make a different pair of “Diamond Weaved Earrings” everyday for the next 7 days. Yesterday marked day one. Here’s what I came up with.
I’m totally in love with the matching ring. Its a design I had the idea for, for awhile now and just got around to trying it out. In love! This set will go up for sale in my Etsy shop tonight along with some other things.
Today I have a larger earring in mind. Can’t wait to start it.

I’m always worried that I don’t have enough variation of certain items in my shops. So I decided to do something about it.
Today starts my ??? A Day series. I see this often and decided to give it a try. Up first is the “Diamond Weaved Earrings A Day”. For the next seven days I will make a pair of “Diamond Weaved Earring” (pictured above). The catch is they most be different from what I made already in color or pattern and at least three pairs have to be made into a set of some kind.
Since I already started today’s earrings I thought I would give you all a peek at the color combo.
I’m so excited! I love a challenge. This may not seem like a challenge to some, but for me it is because I have difficulty finishing one project in one day. When something new pops in my mind I must try it right away.
